Hawaiian Banana Pie


Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
In a large bowl soak sliced bananas in pineapple juice for 20 - 30 minutes. Drain, reserving juice. Place pie crust in 9" p[ie pan coated with non-stick cooking spray. Place drained bananas into pie crust. Mix sugar, flour and cinnamon together. Spinkle dry mixture over bananas. Dot with butter. Cover with top crust and crimp edges to seal. Cut slits in top crust. Bake at 400 degrees for 35 - 45 minutes until crust is golden brown. Remove from oven to cooling rack. Serves 6 - 8.
